DEFINE ENOUGH

The concept of home is one of the most emotionally laden in every language. Home is the realm of ultimate belonging, safety, and comfort. Home is where we most long to be. To own a home many of us must literally pledge ourselves to death in assuming a mortgage.

By contrast, homelessness is the most fundamental form of loss. In losing a primary place to be, we seem to lose an aspect of our humanity, finding ourselves cast out of the social order. As citizens, we all but cease to be counted without an address, incapable of processing the most basic transactions.

Discerning our route through the realm of possession is a chief element of spiritual wholeness and wellness. How much is too much? How little puts us in peril? Somewhere between brutal house payments or credit card debt and living on a park bench is a tranquil place called enough. It's a liberated place where we ourselves are not owned by what we own.

Call for young women discerners

GEN Z DOCUMENTARY — Can you help? I'm a British content maker looking to interview Gen Z young women (late teens to 24) who are at some stage of their journey into religious life as a sister/nun.

I'm ideally looking for modern young women you might not expect to be religious and who approach religion in a modern, Gen Z way.

For example, perhaps their family isn't religious; or they are very active on social media; they might mix their faith with other spiritual practices and cultural passions.

If this sounds like you, or someone you know, please get in touch with me asap!

Thank you, Sarah Rabia, sarahrabia@gmail.com
